At Best Friend Goldens our Golden Retrievers are a part of our family. Our goal is to breed dogs to be companions who are healthy, intelligent and have outstanding temperaments. They are beautiful as well! We will only breed dogs who have full health clearances. When we plan a breeding we select a stud who has no relation to our female. This helps to prevent many issues which can crop up when related dogs are bred together.

Our puppies are born in our home and raised underfoot. They are carefully handled while very young (early neurological stimulation) which has been shown to increase their tolerance to stress, their ability to solve problems and learn. They become a part of our family so we're selective about the families that they will eventually join! We have been raising Goldens on a small scale for over 20 years.

We're located in Colorado, close to Denver.
